As a candidate for Pennsylvania Attorney General, my journey is deeply rooted in a dedication to service and a firm belief in the principles of the Libertarian Party. My focus on economic development, education, and removing regulatory barriers stems from a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing our state today.
Economic development is paramount. As a staunch advocate for attracting and retaining businesses, I’ve witnessed firsthand how state and federal regulatory overreach has stifled American industry. I firmly believe that by eliminating these barriers, we can reignite economic prosperity and invite job-creating industries back to Pennsylvania. My commitment is to work tirelessly to ensure that our state becomes a beacon of opportunity once again.
Education is another critical area of focus. The current state of public education deeply concerns me, as it often prioritizes conformity over critical thinking. After years of mandatory schooling, too many students emerge unprepared for adulthood. This, coupled with the alarming trend of educators withholding information from parents, undermines the fundamental rights of parents in their children’s education. As Attorney General, I will champion the rights of parents to choose and actively participate in their children’s education, ensuring transparency and accountability at every turn.
My career has been a testament to my commitment to these issues. As the elected Chair and President of the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania, I’ve spearheaded regulatory and legislative reform initiatives, worked closely with public policy committees, built coalitions, and influenced public policy for the betterment of our state. My legal practice, particularly in public policy and statutory reform, has prepared me to tackle these challenges head-on. I’ve litigated federal lawsuits under Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act, pushing back against government overreach and defending the rights of individuals.
My journey to becoming Pennsylvania’s next Attorney General is driven by a passion for service, a commitment to principle, and a proven track record of advocacy and reform. I am dedicated to making Pennsylvania a better place for all its residents through economic growth, educational reform, and the protection of our liberties.
